Kansas Farm Bureau in fast lane at Kansas Speedway
KFB is primary sponsor on #66 car driven by Joe Nemechek
Manhattan, Kansas – As the Joe Nemechek #66 car accelerates around Kansas Speedway for the Kansas 400 Sprint Cup race this Saturday, it will carry Kansas Farm Bureau’s ‘Voice of Agriculture’ message on each lap.
“The #66 team is proud to carry the Farm Bureau badge for the Kansas race,” driver Joe Nemechek said. “We love to come to this beautiful state, and agriculture is such a huge part of Kansas, it just makes sense that the #66 helps carry that message here.”
The farm-grown ethanol powered race car will help show race fans and a huge television audience the importance of agriculture, from growing the food they enjoy, to the clothing they wear, to the high octane ethanol powering the cars around the track.
“This sponsorship represents the hard-working farm and ranch families in rural Kansas,” said Kansas Farm Bureau President Steve Baccus. “We are pleased to work with the #66 team to illustrate both the professionalism of our farmer and rancher members and an excellent race team.”
The Identity Ventures Racing team will also don Kansas Farm Bureau ‘Voice of Agriculture’ apparel during its time in Kansas.
